2021年11月，用于電動工具上的功率器件產(chǎn)品出貨突破1000萬顆/月，成立當(dāng)年銷售額突破1000萬元；2022年9月，多層外延超結(jié)產(chǎn)品批量出貨，成功進入大功率電源市場；2022年12月，單節(jié)和雙節(jié)高精度鋰電保護芯片量產(chǎn)，進入小家電領(lǐng)域；2023年2月，月度銷售額突破1000萬元/月，儲能市場SGT功率器件/五串鋰電保護產(chǎn)品推向市場；2023年6月， 12寸功率器件產(chǎn)品下線，GII技術(shù)系列產(chǎn)品完成首批驗證。

WAN SEMICONDUCTOR （NINGBO）CO.,LTD  was established on July 1, 2021,which is a key integrated circuit design project introduced by Ningbo Talent Office and Haishu District.The company’s headquarters is located in Ningbo,Shanghai Zhangjiang and Shenzhen Longhua have offices.Relying on the top talents in the industry such as HUAHONG GROUP and CR MICRO, the company is committed to the research and development of the ultimate small energy storage and automotive-grade lithium battery protection IC.Wan Semiconductor focuses on automotive power management IC, industrial control power management IC, lithium battery protection integrated circuit, power device such as MOSFEI, SGT, IGBT and so on.We choose domestic advanced production lines and production processes, rely on FAB Semiconductor's wafer foundry capabilities and apply advanced 90nm\180nm BCD processes and self-developed power device platforms to design products. Thus, providing customers with maximum product value and stable product quality.

We take "customer first, leading technology, service first" as the company's mission, strengthen quality management as the focus of work, and strive to form a production and service perfect management system. In November 2021, our power device products for power tools exceeded 10 million pieces per month and our sales exceeded 10 million yuan in the year of establishment;in September 2022, multilayer epitaxy superjunction products were sold in batches, which means that we successfully entered the high-power power supply market;in December 2022, single-section and double-section high-precision lithium battery protection chips were mass-produced and we began to enter the field of small household appliances;in February 2023, our monthly sales exceeded 10 million yuan for the first time, and SGT power devices and five strings of lithium battery protection products were introduced to the market;in June 2023, the 12-inch power device products will be rolled off the production line, and the GII technology series product.
