甬華創(chuàng)芯中心是在寧波市政府、鎮(zhèn)海區(qū)政府、上海韋爾半導體股份有限公司和清華大學電子工程系共同支持下成立的科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化創(chuàng)新中心，落戶于寧波市鎮(zhèn)海區(qū)莊市街道開元廣場。中心聚焦集成電路領域，開展孵化轉(zhuǎn)化、研究支持、人才聚集等服務，探索“政、產(chǎn)、學、研、金”合作共贏的創(chuàng)新模式。中心將聯(lián)合多方力量，打造一個科技成果孵化轉(zhuǎn)化平臺，建設一個能夠提供芯片設計服務、IC設計培訓、IP共享的集成電路設計平臺，成立一支集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)培育引導基金以及提供集成電路領域?qū)ｍ椦邪l(fā)支持。通過孵化服務、技術支撐、基金投資、政策支持，將優(yōu)秀的科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化落地寧波，并孵化導入集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈。中心宗旨為高標準構建清華大學成果轉(zhuǎn)化高地、高水平打造集成電路生態(tài)集群、高質(zhì)量推動寧波集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。

The Ningbo Yonghua Innovation Center, established with the joint support of the Ningbo Municipal Government, Zhenhai District Government, Will Semiconductor Co.,Ltd.Shanghai and the Department of Electronic Engineering，Tsinghua University, is situated in Kaiyuan Plaza, Zhuang Shi Street, Zhenhai District, Ningbo. The center focuses on the field of integrated circuit design and provides services such as technology incubation, research support, and talent aggregation. It aims to explore an innovative model of cooperation involving government, industry, academia, research, and finance for mutual benefit. The center collaborates with multiple parties to create a platform for technology incubation and transformation, establishing an integrated circuit design platform capable of offering chip design services, IC design training, and IP sharing. It also establishes a fund for guiding and nurturing the integrated circuit industry and provides specialized research and development support in the integrated circuit domain. Through incubation services, technical support, fund investments, and policy assistance, the center aims to translate outstanding technological achievements into tangible results in Ningbo, fostering the growth of the integrated circuit industry. The mission of the center is to construct a high-standard hub for the transformation of Tsinghua University's achievements, to create a high-level ecosystem for integrated circuits, and to promote the development of Ningbo's integrated circuit industry with a focus on quality.
