打造高質(zhì)量的專業(yè)研發(fā)團(tuán)隊

弘泰水利現(xiàn)有員工140人，碩士以上學(xué)歷人數(shù)占比達(dá)50%，高級工程師15人，一級建造師及各類注冊類執(zhí)業(yè)資格人員達(dá)20余人。公司與國內(nèi)高校、研究院深入開展“產(chǎn)學(xué)研”合作，共同搭建跨學(xué)科人才培養(yǎng)平臺。目前，公司與河海大學(xué)、武漢大學(xué)、寧波大學(xué)建有研究生聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)基地，與南昌大學(xué)等共建校企合作基地。目前，公司已在水利、環(huán)保、城管、農(nóng)業(yè)、海洋等行業(yè)領(lǐng)域先后實施千余項項目服務(wù)。市場業(yè)務(wù)覆蓋浙江、江蘇、山東、福建、河南、北京、江西、廣東、湖南、吉林、遼寧、新疆等省份。
